Terms of Agreement
Here are the terms we use in our project:
Project: DasWork.com Internet resource, as well as technical solutions and individuals linked to it.
User: Any individual or legal entity registered with the DasWork.com Internet resource (project)
Project owner: DasWork.com, Ltd.
Payer: SIA Stenders IT, a registered legal entity in the European Union
SPAM: Any unrequested E-mail, forum post or other post that can harm the interests of third parties
Rules when using the DasWork.com project
SPAM asking people to register without first contacting you is strictly against our project’s policies. We have zero tolerance for SPAM. If more than three users file proven complaints about you, the project owner will block your user name without warning without compensating you for any financial losses.
The project owner retains the right to block or delete a user at any time and without any advance warning or information. If the decision is taken to warn you, the warning will be sent to your E-mail address. If you are caught engaging in fraud, your account will be deleted without warning, and your E-mail address will be blacklisted.
All payments from the Payer are made via bank transfer. Users must request payments, after which payments will be processed by the Project owner and Payer once a month. Payments are made if the accumulated sum for the user is not lower than EUR 10 (ten).
When registering, the user must state a valid E-mail address. E-mail is the only way in which the Project owner and Payer contacts users. Invalid E-mail addresses cannot be used for the project. After submitting a payment request, the user must make sure that the stated E-mail address is valid. The Payer will contact the user in no more than four business days to agree on the payment.

When you use DasWork.com, you undertake full responsibility for taxes related to your income from DasWork.com.
When registering for the project, the User does not become an employee or representative of the Project owner. The project offers easier terms between the Project Owner, Payer and User.
You may end your relationship with us at any time.
The Project owner has the right to end operations at any time.
By registering, you agree to receive our special offers via E-mail.
The Project owner retains the right to change usage rules at any moment, informing users via the project’s homepage or by E-mail.
